Handwound Pickups:
Skilled

and best materials. A pickup is much more
than the sum of its components. Unlike the
nowadays widely used mass-production all
Trayser pickups are individually hand-wound
and waxed. The wire is lead by hand so as
to additionally vary the winding tension
that influences the sound of a pickup. The
winding thickness is perfectly adjusted
to the respective position and the resonant
frequency of the instrument resulting therefrom.
This leads to a dynamic and open sound with
fat basses and silvery trebles as well as
a marvellous overtone behaviour. Whether
clean or overdrive: these pickups just sound
fantastic and are in a category of their
own.
